Vessel Operations & Port-Call Management

Vessel Operations & Port-Call Management

Live, 24/7 attendance and operational coordination for your call at every Egyptian port.

June Shipping runs the live side of your port call from a 24/7 operations desk in Suez: scheduling, on-arrival attendance, cargo monitoring and reporting back to owners and operators as the call unfolds. We coordinate the berth window, the authorities and the terminal in real time so decisions are made on current information. For appointment, formalities and the disbursement account, see our Port Agency service.

Key Features

What this service includes

01

24/7 Operations Desk

One operations desk in Suez owns your call, bilingual in English and Arabic and reachable at any hour. A crew change at anchorage or a shifted convoy slot is handled when it happens, not at the next office open.

02

Port-Call Scheduling (ETA/ETB/ETD)

We manage estimated times of arrival, berthing and departure, hold the berth window with the port and, for transiting vessels, keep the Suez Canal Authority convoy slot aligned to the operation.

03

On-Arrival Attendance

A boarding officer attends the vessel on arrival, completes inward clearance with the authorities, and stays with the call as the point of contact between master, terminal and owner.

04

Live Cargo Operations Monitoring

We attend load and discharge, follow tally and cargo movement against the stowage plan and the laycan, and report progress as it happens rather than after the fact.

05

In-Stay Husbandry Execution

Bunkers, fresh water, provisions, spares clearance and crew transfers are executed while the vessel is alongside, coordinated so nothing waits on the next shift.

06

Owner and Operator Reporting

Status updates through the call and a departure report on sailing keep owners, operators and charterers seeing the same picture we do, in real time.

How It Works

Our Process

Our process, step by step

  1. 1

    Pre-Arrival Setup

On nomination we confirm your operational requirements, agree the reporting cadence, hold the berth and convoy slot, and put the authorities on notice of the ETA. Appointment, funding and the proforma account are handled under Port Agency.

  2. 2

    Coordination & Pre-Positioning

We line up pilots, tugs and mooring, and pre-position bunkers, provisions, spares and any crew movement so the operation starts on arrival, not after it.

  3. 3

    Arrival & In-Port Execution

Our boarding officer attends and clears the vessel inward, then we run the operation live: cargo, bunkering and crew transfers monitored and reported as they happen.

  4. 4

    Departure & Report

We settle outward formalities, confirm sailing, and send a departure report covering times, cargo figures and any exceptions, so the operation closes on a clear record.

Why Choose Our Service

Faster Turnaround

A boarding officer on arrival, the authorities and terminal coordinated in real time, and husbandry executed alongside keep the operation moving and hold down port-stay days.

Real-Time Visibility

Status through the call and a departure report on sailing mean owners, operators and charterers see the operation as it happens, not after the vessel has left.

One Desk, Local Relationships

One operations desk in Suez owns the call and works directly with the port, the terminal and the Suez Canal Authority, so a problem reaches the right person early.

Compliance & Fewer Holds

Inward and outward clearance, MARPOL waste handling and the authority formalities watched through the stay keep detentions and avoidable holds off the call.
