Who we are

This website is run by June Shipping Agency. For any question about this policy, email info@juneshipping.com.

Contact form

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message. The form sends them by email to June Shipping Agency's inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. The website does not store them in a database.

Analytics

We use Umami to count visits. It is run by ElShore, the web agency that builds and maintains this website, on servers in Frankfurt, in the EU. It records the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device type, clicks on our phone and email links, and successful contact form sends. Umami sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. It uses it at the moment of your visit to work out your country and city and, together with your browser details, to create an anonymous visit identifier.

We also use Google Analytics 4, run by Google, to measure how visitors use the site. It sets cookies.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, run by Microsoft, which records how visitors move through pages (session recordings and heatmaps). It sets cookies.

Why we use this information

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request.

Your requests

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@juneshipping.com.
